1 Monitor stationary usage, making requisition for replacement.
2 Liaise with Head Office and Other Departments on issues concerning the department.
3 Ensure Maintenance of all Office Equipment including the generating set.
4 Receive, Dispatch, Record and Monitor all Mails ( and incoming and outgoing).
5 Record keeping /Filing of documents.
6 Arranging and conducting Meetings.
7 Receiving and Making Telephone calls.
8 Receiving of Visitors.
9 Receiving Tellers, cheques and cash from the customer after sales.
10 Issuing Receipt to the customer after payment is been made by the customer through banks or salesman.
11 Receiving consumers complaints and enquirers.
12 Writing minutes of meetings and Recording sales, lodgments and petty cash books
