January – February I underwent training on end to end skill and vocational development with a curricular made by The “Centum Learning” Company.

• March 2013 after completion of training and certification, I work as a customer center associate for Tech Mahindra Nigeria Limited.

• I handle Airtel Nigeria customers with network related issues to find resolve and as best manage them.

• I deal with Multi Ethnic Customers from all parts of Nigeria, Learned, Semi illiterates and illiterates, people that are easy to work with and persons that are almost impossible to handle.

• I also document interactions with all customers, for company reference.

• April – date Upon assessment of my work in the organization I was promoted to be part of the 6man team handling the company’s social media.

• Here I handle Airtel Nigeria customers and others who want to make enquiries about the network, by answering enquiries and resolving complaints, also calling customers to confirm resolution and ensure satisfaction.

• I was in charge of Handling the bonds of the Organization’s junior staff

• I handled Corps Members Internal and External clearance and only had to submit them to my boss for a signature and Organization’s Stamp.
