Ensuring that new customers are source for and existing ones are well maintained.
Drawing up daily, weekly and monthly sales marketing plan.
Develop, maintain and sustain a steady growth plan for all Distributors, sub-distributors or Wholesalers and Retailers in Lagos Branch.
Effective communication and prompt execution of all company’s /divisional policies down the line.
Effective utilization of sales team tools for maximum productivity.
Ensuring prompt feedback on sales and competitor’s activities e.g. new product entrance, scheme, price review, etc through reporting system.
Effective and profession handling of customer’s complaint to ensure trust and continuous royalty to all our brands.
To implement and adhere to ISO 9001 Quality management system
Product marketing, promotion and sales.
Negotiation of sales, contract and arranging for delivery of product.
Monitoring of sales.
