 Roles & Responsibilities (with HSE responsibilites)

 Business and strategic partner: - contribute to the development of and the accomplishment of the organization- wide in business plan and objectives.

 To support the attainment of the overall strategic business plan and objectives

 Develop a functional and viable marketing strategy that increases sales

 Build up a strong database and generate a quality mailing-list.

 Keeping senior management informed of all project activities and especially events that will impact the client

 Responsible for coordinating all tendering activities and for achieving the corporate business target.

 Responsible for preparation of tender submission, through packaging delivery of assigned technical tender un priced and commercial tender while coordinating with other department and any other external parties in getting information and inputs which will be included in the bid submission.

 To ensure all activities are being carried out in accordance to the company’s HSE policies and procedures.

 Perform Document Control activities for the Project and be responsible for

document receipt, distribution and transmittal back to Client.

 Provide documents in response to requests for project information.

 Develop and maintain document management system.

 Control and register all incoming/outgoing correspondence

 Maintain the files and control logs as required by the project.

 Maintain archives with proper indexing procedures.

ADMIN EXECUTIVE

 Arrange employee induction, development, and training upon recruitment.

 Fostering effective methods of setting goals, communication and empowerment through responsibility, builds employee ownership of the organization quarterly.

 Administer tests & interviews for specific job positions.

 Schedule & conduct the employee orientation program.

 Support the attainment of the overall strategic business plan and objectives of the organization.

 Management of technical and correspondence documents during Operations phase.

 Manage central hard copy and electronic file storage.

 Maintain hard-copy/electronic files as required.

 Perform data entry requirements; electronically inputs.

 Control and register all incoming/outgoing correspondence.

 Develop and maintain document management system.

 Review existing HSE existing policies and coordinates weekly safety meetings.

 Implement HSE induction and training program for workers on site.

 Ensure that ITT documents and bids are complete comply with the submission requirements as defined in the ITT.

 Responsible for preparation of tender submission, through packaging and delivery of assigned tender technical tender, unpriced commercial tender respectively)

 Coordinate with other departments any other external parties in getting information and inputs, which will be included in prequalification or tender submission.

 Responsible in development, collating and computing of unit rates schedule of prices and all relevant costing information that will serve as reference for bid costing estimates.

 Reach out for all job advertisement as may be relevant and ensuring that all corporate targets are achieved.

 Maintain a schedule of all jobs bided pre-qualifying prospect while proactively marketing and consolidation of existing clients.

PROJECT ADMINI/ DOCUMENT CONTROLLER

 Ensures employment and compliance to regulatory requirements and reporting;

 Sponsors change in other department and in work practices constant evaluation of the effectiveness.

 Provision of administrative assistance/support to the project team

 Achieve consistency documentation goal.

 Follow-up work instruction documentation procedures.

 Infrastructural planning via existing data base and document control procedure.

 Introduction / Preparation of Change Request Form to initiate revision to document by the employee.

 Keeping of master list of all distributed document.

 Planning and scheduling of project interface.

DOCUMENT CONTROLLER

 Follows up on leads generated by marketing activities to discuss needs and provide product demonstrations.

 Administer tests & interviews for specific job positions.

 Input document data into the standard registers ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date.

 Generate the various document control reports as required.

 Achieve consistency documentation goal.

 Follow-up work instruction documentation procedures.

 Keep clear and accurate records and reports.

 Efficient use of computer, rapidly input data and retrieve records and information.

 To organize work load and to manage a filing methods and management techniques.

 Selling insurance policies, Prospecting for new client and doing follow-up.

 Closing deal, maintain the existing client, making daily presentation.

 Training new marketers and updating the unit members on the recent development.
