Manage the flow of document and Information into and out of the Company;
Creating and maintaining Templates e.g. Document Register, Transmittals etc.
Maintaining a register of all documents available.
Maintaining a register of all transmittal received by or issued out.
Collection / distribution of documents and correspondence;
Ensure that all documentation received for processing is checked to verify that it complies with the requirements of these procedures.
Maintain the distribution matrix for all documentation produced, and ensure that all documentation is distributed accordingly.
The filing of all documents (hard copy and electronic filing)
