Ensure that vehicle particulars are up to date
Good Communication Skills.
Observe all vehicle policies, regulations and procedures.
Observe road safety signs and regulations.
Use and ensure occupants use safety belt all the time when in motion.
Security consciousness when in motion and parking.
Check fuel gauge every morning before starting the engine and regularly when going out from base.
Fueling of the assigned vehicle.
Check regularly tools and gadgets provided in the assigned vehicle.
Follow up on the assigned car and confirm repairs carried out by external customer.
Filling and updating vehicle logbook on every trip made.
Attend to all other assignments as may be directed by head driver.
Ensure that car is kept clean all the time.
I report observed mechanical and electrical faults promptly to the head driver.
I report vehicle particulars about to expire to the head driver.
Check spare tyre, caution sign, tools and fire extinguisher provided in the assigned vehicle before taking off every morning.
Check engine oil, brake oil, water level in caberator every morning before starting the car engine.
