NATIONAL ELECTRIC POWER AUTHORITY (NEPA) DISTRICT OFFICE SOKOTO ► 1993 During my Industrial Training in 1993; these are some of my experiences during the course of my training;

► Electrical installations and equipment maintenance, that include; power line maintenance, dividing the medium voltage lines to equalize loads.

► Creation of medium and high voltage power lines.

► Pole and ground mounted transformers installations and other accessories.

► Recognizing load centres, rerouting power lines and planning for future expansion.

► Maintenance and repairs of 33kv, 11kv and 415 / 240v power lines.

► Servicing and recoiling of transformers.

► Design of several electrical plan drawing, control system and panel layout for production.


Furthermore, I improved my skills with Ibrahim Electronics Services Minna, Niger State Nigeria, from 2001 – 2004. I developed my skills in the following areas:

►Assembling, installing, testing electronics systems and continuity of circuits in electronics wiring, using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, to ensure compatibility and safety of system.

►Repairs of all kind of electronics such as; Television, video CD, satellite decoders etc. Tracing out short-circuit in electronics.



When I completed my education in 2005, to improve my Industrial skills, with Gwazawa Electrical Installation in Birnin Kebbi, Kebbi State. The following responsibilities were given to me as a foreman;

►Installation of earth rods, meter boxes, houses wiring (conduit, surface and trucking system), distribution boards and connection of service mains.

►Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures, based on job specifications and local codes.

►Place conduit (pipes or tubing) inside designated partitions, walls or other concealed areas, and pull insulated wires or cables through the conduit to complete circuit between boxes.

►Inspect electrical systems, equipment and components to identify hazards, defects and the need for adjustment or repairs.

►Perform physically demanding tasks, such as digging trenches to lay conduit, PVC cables, moving and lifting heavy objects.

►Repairs of power generators and other electrical machines.

NIGERIAN ARMY 1996 - 2012

I served with the Nigerian Army for about 16 years in Electrical Engineering department as an Electrical Technician. My duties and responsibility is; Maintenance and repairs. During the cause of my service with the Nigerian Army, I have the opportunity of going for International Peacekeeping Operations in the following countries; African Union Mission in Sudan from Apr – Oct, 2007, and United Nations Mission in Liberia (UNMIL). Oct 2010 – Mar, 2012.


►Design and Construction of 240/12v Step-down Transformer.

►Design and construction of High and Low voltage cut-off with time delay.
