Ensure Maximum Stability of IT Infrastructure Components by Performing Maintenance Task.
Desktop Software and Hardware Support, Installation, Configuration, Troubleshooting, Proactive and Routine Maintenance.
Provision of Support Facility to End Users.
Assembling, Configuration and Installation of Brand System Desktops and laptops.
Handling Technical Troubleshooting within the Enterprise Environment including System Crash and Data Recovery.
Ensure Closure of Assigned 2nd Level Fault Resolutions Calls within the required Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Assist in Developing and Maintaining an Accurate Database of Historical Information about previous User Issues.
Maintenance and Support for Desktop Printers, Network and Multifunctional Printers.
Executes change control work orders as assigned within the required Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Installation of Local, Network and Multifunctional Printers.
Perform other Duties as Assigned by the Manager, User Support.
