- Reporting findings on customers and competitors related Market Intelligence and providing feedbacks via reports to ensure strategy repositioning, re-engineering and to aid the pursuit of market leadership and appreciable growth in market share.
- Preparing Trade Agents weekly and monthly sales report on Etisalat products portfolio and Target Markets and, Lagos/South West regional reports using comprehensive graphical and analytical presentations backed by trend notes.
- Resolving customers’ complaints, escalating and following-up designated personnel on issues outside my control.
- Giving supportive strategies on possible ways to penetrate and retain particular market segments and leverage on useful business environmental variables.
- Escalating market-based and other related issues through the Dealer Specialist.
