Market research/feasibility studies on synthetic lubricants, greases, Ultra-Seal (tyre sealant), and other

petroleum products, within the Ecowas and Sub-Sahara African region.

Supervise the implementation of the Company’s policies as it concerns FMCG and other innovative

products of the company;

Assessment/Appointment of distributors for the company’s products.

Ensured that the company’s operations were run efficiently, expeditiously and with minimum hitches within a safe environment;

Oversaw the preparation of detailed bidding proposals to NPPC (DPR/PPMC) and managed the

entire process to completion to achieve desired outcomes;

Acted as liaison person between banks and the organization for the processing of import documents;

Developed and ensured compliance with policies and procedures as well as have oversight

responsibility for compliance with approving authorities in the invoice and payment process;

Sell Corporate Oil & Gas Ltd services and reach revenue and partner quotas for new strategic partners and customers;

Collaborate with teammates and maintain a positive and professional attitude fostering teamwork;

Achieve quota for number of contacts/activity with prospective partners/customers;

Develop, present and implement plans for acquiring new partners/customers - including activity breakdowns, performance milestones, resource requirements and expense budget;

Responsible for the day to day running of the company’s operations;

Develop/Execute business plans: development, enunciation and administration of company policies and general management of staff and resources, in line with the overall objectives of the board.

Report directly to the Managing Director and take up new roles or duties as assigned.
