Þ FACILITY MANAGER
ØResponsible for day to day planning, maintenance and repairs of the estate buildings and facilities, vis-à-vis, Plumbing works, Air Conditioning Systems, Electrical systems & machines and house hold appliances.
ØPlans out preventive maintenance process and procedures, formulates standard checklist used for regular maintenance of fixtures.
ØEffective management of in-house technicians and vendors to ensure optimum performance.
ØEffective management and planning of duty schedule for janitors (cleaners) for effective cleaning services and excellent housekeeping practices.
ØCarries out daily supervision of the landscapers and gardeners.
ØManagement and maintenance of 4nos standard swimming pools designed for residents.
ØMaintains property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints, dissatisfactions and also enforces rules of occupancy.
ØGenerates reports by gathering and analyzing of data relating to the facility management.
ØEnsures compliance to standard health, safety and environmental (HSE) practices before, during and after daily activities and major projects.
ØOversees the operations and maintenance of 5 nos 2000KVA Mantrac generators and water treatment plant.
ØInterfaces with Technical vendors, contractors and suppliers on behalf of the company; ensuring compliance to Service Level Agreement (SLA)
ØDevelopment and control of budgets, ensures materials are planned and allocated in accordance with budgets.
Þ FACILITY/ MAINTENANCE MANAGER
Ø Advises the management on best practices, such as Operational codes, HSE Practises
Ø Represents the company on technical matters and issues
Ø Oversees The Installation of the Company’s Equipment and Facilities
Ø Develops and runs a computerised operational schedule for facility maintenance & management.
Ø Formulates & Implements a measurable quality assurance & performance module
Ø Approves the commissioning of newly completed projects such as, Giant Electronic Billboards, Electrification of the newly constructed sites, vis-a-vis, Generator installation, Air conditional systems installations.
Ø Plans out the Routine Preventive Maintenance Schedule on Equipment and Facilities
Ø Plans out the operational shift schedule for optimal performance
Ø Carries out & supervises repairs up to component level on electro-mechanical parts and modules
Ø Organises technical trainings and technical orientation for technicians
Ø Generates technical reports and carry out performance assessment on departmental staff
Ø Interfaces with Technical vendors, contractors and suppliers on behalf of company.
Ø Helps the company achieve more with little via resouces maximization, strong negotiation skills.
