•The provision of total home care facilities services to residential and commercial premises. These services include water and sewage treatment plants maintenance, pest control, security, electricity supply, cleaning, landscape and garden maintenance, intercoms, and other related services. Including the sourcing and management of domestic and commercial premises on behalf of the company.
•Follow up on and monitor completion of outsourced works to external contractors and ensure compliance with the SLAs and the company policies and procedures.
•Attends sites and carry out inspections and spot control checks to maintain benchmarked service levels.
•To review the performance of individual team members, identify training requirements and complete appraisals in accordance with the employee performance and time schedules
•The preparation and submission of tender documentation within the local and national customer service sector. These documentations include service level agreements which are discussed with the client prior to agreement and monitored through key performance Indicators.
•Fills out and maintain a consistently accurate maintenance report which is submitted to the facilities manager on a regular basis.
•Maintained a high level of clients’ satisfaction and public relation which include all forms of communications with the clients and government agencies.
