Hazards/risks identification and control.
To proactively encourage, support and enforce, where required, agreed HSE practices.
Complete statistical data and reports and report same to the HSE team leader.
Monitor effective implementation of HSE procedures.
Promote safety consciousness through safety presentations, participation in in-house Health and Safety training.
Assure compliance with job safety analysis and permit to work (PTW) system.
Fire prevention programme and routine inspection of fire fighting equipment and other life saving equipment.
Participate in accident/incident investigation and reporting.
Participate in the contractor’s system safety audits.
Implements the Project Safety promotion / incentive scheme.
Participate in weekly, monthly Safety meetings.
Ensure that necessary HSE trainings are carried-out.
