Magnetic Particle Inspection, liquid Penetrant Inspection, and Visual Inspection. And assesses the

manufacturer’s standard and meets customer’s requirements at all times

  • Identification and isolation of defective products where production disagrees on quality status

of the product

  • Ensure all non-conformances within product and service are managed in accordance with project

procedures, maintain the non conformance data base and provide the Project Quality Manager with a

weekly summary of project non conformance activity.

  • Establishes and maintains a data base register of all inspected/uninspected jobs for the project and

provides weekly status report as to the overall project progress

  • Maintains good laboratory practice/house keeping
  • Exhibits good client liaison skills and ability to manage client expectations
