- Preparation of weekly sales analysis of the depot
- To prospect, develop & maintain the sales account of customers.
- Weekly reconciliation of physical stock & system stock of the depot
- Weekly report on stock position for the depot
- Stock Controlling and Management
- Regular stock valuation of the depot
- Administration of depot’s non-regular staff salary.
- Prepare regularly and updates on all relevant financial matters to assist in business planning and strategy.
- Ensuring remittances are made on VAT, PAYE etc. to the relevant authorities.
- Submission of weekly reports on Stock Position.
- To execute any other assigned duties from time to time.
