Maintaining good relationships with offsite location owners despite the shut-down of our ATMs in their respective premises.
Relocation of some shut-down offsite ATMs to branches requesting for Additional ATMs
Relationship with the IAD (Independent ATM Developer) on transaction activities on ATMs handed over to them and weekly reporting of transaction volume.
Re-negotiations with Offsite location Managers to re-open lease contract with them.

POS configuration and deployments in collaboration with our PTSP (Payment Terminal Service Producer) reporting.
Merchant location visitation to ascertain the status of their terminals and observe a POS deployment improvement at merchant locations.
POS Uptime and Transactions daily/weekly reporting from the CTMS provided by NIBSS (Nigerian Int
erbank Settlement System).
POS Request portal management (Involves screening of merchant POS requests received from various branches).
POS merchant account settlement, monitoring and daily reconciliation of outstanding settlements.
