Proper reception and attending to all visitors.
In charge of telephones calls, direct calls efficiently or take accurate messages where appropriate and all incoming and outgoing mails.
Assisting in the preparation of pre-qualification.
In charge of staff attendance and movement books.
Proper management, and confidentiality of all document.
Provide administrative support to Managing Director.
Manage appointments and travel arrangements.
Process monthly expense reports with supporting documents.
Monitor existing documents to ensure they remain thorough,accurate and up-to-date. General administrative duties.
