Monitor all budgets in quarterly payments for salaries, office running support and program activities to the Nigerian Red Cross Society HQ and its 10 focus NRCS branches funded.
Quarterly and timely liquidation of the quarterly support.
Conduct and update a baseline assessment for 10 NRCS funded branches to maintain an overview of what is has and lacks in terms of assets, human resources, other sources of incomes, its strengths and weaknesses.
Conduct periodic quarterly visits to funded branches to review their financial records, internal control systems and any other rising observations for concern.
Manage the financial records of other programs such as its capacity building first aid training program.
Maintain proper control records of disbursements and correspondences made as financial support to primary partner in Nigeria – the NRCS.
Conduct quarterly evaluation to monitor on the impact of the financial support to the beneficiaries and ensure compliance with the rules and regulation on the funding/financial Management policies.
Review and ensure implementing appropriate controls that provide for timely funds accountability, complete documentation and accurate reporting.
Coordinate field trips to target states.
