ØIdentifying possible risks of material misstatements due to fraud or error and relating them to the financial statements as a whole and to the relevant financial statement assertions.
ØObtaining an understanding of the significant classes of transactions, the financial statement close process and IT General Controls.
ØDeveloping the audit program based on the audit strategy agreed by the audit team.
ØPerforming risk assessments and determine the nature, timing and extent of the tests of controls and substantive procedures that the audit team will perform that will respond to the assessed risks.
ØTaking lead in performing the appropriate tests of controls and substantive procedures that respond to the identified risks of material misstatements.
ØPerforming necessary procedures to complete an audit as well as prepare summary of significant findings and issues for review by the Managers, Directors and Partners.
ØEnsures that the audit team has obtained sufficient appropriate audit evidence that provides reasonable assurance about whether the financial statements as a whole are free from material misstatement, whether due to fraud or error.
ØDemonstrate a thorough understanding of complex accounting and auditing concepts and apply them to client situations.
ØDevelop and maintain good working relationships with client personnel assess clients' satisfaction and maintain contact with the client on continuous basis.
Review of client monthly bank reconciliation statement, asset verification including a review of the fixed assets register, gap analysis involving review of client budget in comparison with actual performance.

Vouch transactions to necessary source documents
Examine and analyze journal and ledger entries, to ensure financial recording accuracy and compliances with accounting standards, procedures and internal control.
Observation of annual and perpetual inventory count for clients.
