- Manage front office activities
- Receiving of guests.
- Perform courier and dispatch services.
- Answering of phone calls and enquiries.
- Travel arrangement for senior management.
- Ad hoc administrative duties and other reception duties.
- Provide consistent quality service to customers by phone, email or fax as officers at the first line of contact
- Handle enquiries, suggestions, feedback and complaints in a professional and positive manner
- Manage data entry work including maintaining an accurate log of all enquiries received.
- Fulfill any other duties as and when assigned by the management
- Perform other related duties as required
- Minimum of OND in any discipline
- At least 1 year experience
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
