Responsibilities:
  • Manage front office activities
  • Receiving of guests.
  • Perform courier and dispatch services.
  • Answering of phone calls and enquiries.
  • Travel arrangement for senior management.
  • Ad hoc administrative duties and other reception duties.
  • Provide consistent quality service to customers by phone, email or fax as officers at the first line of contact
  • Handle enquiries, suggestions, feedback and complaints in a professional and positive manner
  • Manage data entry work including maintaining an accurate log of all enquiries received.
  • Fulfill any other duties as and when assigned by the management
  • Perform other related duties as required
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Minimum of OND in any discipline
  • At least 1 year experience
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
