- Maintenance and management of Clients database
- Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings.
- Assist in maintaining a current and accurate filing system
- Answer all incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries whenever possible
- Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required
- Perform other related duties as required
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A minimum of OND in any discipline
- At least 1 - 3 years experience
- Familiarity with Standard Microsoft Office packages is a perquisite.
- Good telephone skills,
- Listening and verbal communication skills
- Between the ages of 24-40 years
