 Acts as primary point of contact for all administrative issues including planning/organizing and management of the day-to-day activities in the school e.g. discipline

 Prepare administrative briefs and maintain calendar of activities for the management team

 Actively participate in staff recruitment exercises, performance appraisal and transfers
