To receive and direct phone calls on behalf of the company
Entering customer’s information using TALLY. ERP 9 and PORTAL
Perform necessary system transactions related to customer request.
Assist in coordinating and organizing, booking of meeting room, appointments, and seminars.
Manage the reception area and report issues promptly.
Assisting staff with preparing official correspondence photocopy and carry out other administrative task required.
Preparing staff salary sheet and roll over of clients.
Communicating with staff on daily basis for proper conduct during the office hours.
Assist to ensure implementation of recruitment activities within assigned division and supervises and coordinates the administrative personnel which include the drivers, cleaners, office assistant and security guard.
Ensure disciplinary matters and grievances are handles carefully.
Compensation and benefits administration and record keeping.

Establish rapport with clients, visitors and people going out of the office.

Receive office document and important mails.
Reads and routes incoming mails.
Performing other duties as assigned by management.
