- Grow the numbers of Ecobank Mobile Money subscribers, Agents and Dealers base at the area level
- Drive Ecobank Mobile Money business in all Ecobank branches within their areas
- Drive subscribers to utilize the Ecobank Mobile Money and ensure Dealers/Agents perform activities drive transactions
- Work with the product champions In each of the respective branches within their areas
- Inform the regional sales team of locations, organization and events which would require regional presence for consummation
- Carry out KYC –know your customer (address verification) on agents and outlet.
- Identify quick wins and introduce new sales initiative for branches based on their market peculiarities.
- Serve as customer service officer (CSO) to resolve subscribers and agents issues
- Training of proposed agents and dealers to become conversant with the product and ways of caring out their stipulated functions.
