Direct responsibility for the preparation and maintenance of company salary. structure and generation of monthly payroll for the entire organization via the HumanManager System.
Develops and proposes career and Performance Management System/policies and structure in alignment with the company’s strategies direction and goals
Initiates and co-ordinates the Performance Management and Career assessment campaigns, operations and actions
Ensures consistency, follow-up and implementation of management decisions in respect of individual career development and performance management action
Participates in the formulation of HR Strategies and Policies and the execution of HR Plans and Programs.
Continuous assessment and improvement of the career and performance management systems in line with the company’s strategic direction and goals.
Provide counseling for employees on career progression issues.
Provide leadership for the career management team by developing team skills and experience through knowledge sharing processes.
Expatriation Management – supervision of expatriation activities for Foreign Hires and Consultants - I ensured that the hiring and onboarding process for expatriates was successful from start to finish.
Preparation and evaluation of Job Descriptions for new hires into the company.
Coordination of recruitment activities from advertisement to induction of new employees.
Define adequate recruitment procedures and tools in order to ensure the selection of candidates is efficient, fast, impartial and of high and recognized standards.
Provide on-the-job training to employees.
Advising management on Compensation and Benefit packages.
