Assigning jobs, clarifying job expectation and monitoring performance; avoiding deviation from specifications,
On-board new employee into the system by orientating them on the processes and patterns of work as well as expected behaviour,
Training workers on the handling and use of new tools,
Communicating job expectations; making sure task are understood,
Maintaining safety policy; ensure secure and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures.
Compiling extra work hours; overtime and night, and preparing weekly labour wages schedule.
Perform other functions as assigned by the Engineers or Project Manager.

In 2013, the following function was added to my responsibilities ;
Conducting regular fire prevention and site inspections with findings documented and reported to the HSE head of department
Conducting continuous safety toolbox talk,
Compiling of risk assessment, safe working procedure and method statement,
Ensuring that all employees are trained on safe work procedure and use of tools prior to be permitted to work on site.
Analyzing possible risk generating factors and eliminating them beforehand.
