Responsible for:
 Assigning jobs, clarifying job expectation and monitoring performance; avoiding deviation from specifications,
 On-board new employee into the system by orientating them on the processes and patterns of work as well as expected behaviour,
 Training workers on the handling and use of new tools,
 Communicating job expectations; making sure task are understood,
 Maintaining safety policy; ensure secure and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures.
 Compiling extra work hours; overtime and night, and preparing weekly labour wages schedule.
 Perform other functions as assigned by the Engineers or Project Manager.

In 2013, the following function was added to my responsibilities ;
 Conducting regular fire prevention and site inspections with findings documented and reported to the HSE head of department
 Conducting continuous safety toolbox talk,
 Compiling of risk assessment, safe working procedure and method statement,
 Ensuring that all employees are trained on safe work procedure and use of tools prior to be permitted to work on site.
 Analyzing possible risk generating factors and eliminating them beforehand.
