o Supervise and coordinate recruitment and selection of new staff, arranging and scheduling interviews for candidates in order to ensure that right calibre of employees are employed for the job.
o Coordinate Performance Management; year-end appraisal exercise.
o Attending to enquiries from staff, job applicants and other work-in customers.
o Coordinate the documentation and review of generic job description to ensure operational control.
o Insurance management; Liaison with Brokers on insurance matters.
o Identify training needs and coordinating the development and delivery of training to staff
o Managing HMO and Pension scheme.
o Information Management within the group.
o Ensure Personnel records are updated/ kept so that vital statistics and information could be made available quickly and correctly as and when needed.
o Preparation of employee terminal benefit.
o Monitors procurement and reconciliation of office equipment and stationeries.
o Supervision of contractors in executing contracts assigned to them.
o Coordinate travel arrangements.
o Issuance of Identity Card to all new employees (including contract and outsourced staff).
o Utility management.
o Maintain safety in the workplace.
