My Achievement So Far.
I was able to create a keen awareness of Etal Hotels and Halls Facilities and Services by Inviting the segmented Contact personnel’s in various Corporate Organization and via lunch I was able to note some vital information on how to serve their respective Organization better. Which was implemented immediately.
I also Lectured the Staff on Improved Emotional Intelligence and personal/career Development, which created in them the enthusiasm and zest to work without much supervision.
Sales increased with 40% patronage (July-December 2012)

During the recession the hotels sales dropped tremendously to about 25 % weekly
My team and I introduce a strategy with a captioned “Pay for three Night and enjoy a free Saturday night promo”. The Hotel sales increased from 25% to 60% weekly and the promo lasted for 5 month only but the sales still maintain 65% to 70 % weekly till date.
As a member of Nigeria institute of Shipping I was able to make use of my influence in Marketing some of the Shipping companies that deals with international and domestic cargoes voyage, intimating the crew member about our exquisite hotels facilities and suites,have been able to build a keen business relationship with some of the major shipping Companies.
