 Recruiting and allocating Stewards to expat staff

 Compile the spreadsheet for staff monthly allocation across the group

 Get approval for sampling

 Draw organizational chart of each company across the group.

 Enroll new staff on the health insurance scheme.

 Preparing of ERP for departmental purchases.

 Prepare Confirmation and Extension of probation letters of staff.

 Working closely with departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures;

 Promoting equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organization;

 Administering payroll and maintaining employee records;

 Interpreting and advising on employment legislation;

 Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures;

 Planning, and sometimes delivering inductions for new staff;

 Analyzing training needs in conjunction with departmental manager
