. Drive the achievement of the G L&D Group targets.
. Control training costs.
. Conduct associates appraisals quarterly.
. Generate the unit monthly report to management.
. Organize and coordinate G L & D training session for the year.
. Organize training the trainer for in-house staff.
. Manage the performance of associates.
. Provide support for team members.
. Provide support to business development via presentations at client locations
. Oversees the G L & D materials/ course content design, reviews and upgrade.
. Coordinate teams logistic for third party training implementation across Africa.
