Lead and direct the Human Resources team to deliver a comprehensive HR service to the Company.

Employee Relations managing absence, disciplinary, grievances, sickness. Measure employee satisfaction and indentify areas that require improvement.

Performance Management coaching of managers on performance management issues and the processes.

Learning and development providing guidance on development for mangers and their teams.

Training – implementing the training and development agenda; indentify areas that need attention and improvement.

Recruitment and retention- managing talent and succession planning; taking overall responsibility for activity and campaigns.

In conjunction with the Head of HR, ensure all company policies and procedures are up to date in line with current employment law. Ensure line managers are up to date with changes to any policies.

Ensure timely input for the payment of feeding and out-of-station allowance of project personnel as well as payment of salaries to community personnel.

Prepare and render periodic report including attendance, off –duty, payment of allowances, industrial situation etc to MD/HRM.

Perform other duties as may be assigned by HRM from time to time.
