Develop / manage talent acquisition strategies for local & expatriate positions
• Lead the recruitment team for all assessment exercises, participate and provide best practice advice to recruitment panels
• Implement and design recruitment events with corporate international team
• Provide appropriate training/support/briefings for all senior associates and partners to assessment centre.
• Design interview tools using Competency Based Interviews/Assessment Tools and other methods
• Develop and execute employee’s engagement and retention strategies
• Employee Orientation/Induction & administration
• Participate in Business development & brand building
. I am an Associate Members of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN) and Nigerian Institute of Training and Development (NITAD) respectively, with over Five year’s professional working experience in Administrative and Human Resources Management.
