Participating in HSE site Walkthrough with client and making sure the close out of all HSE concerns.
Investigates all Accidents/Near miss and prepare reports to client. Educating all personnel on site on LFI.
Co-ordinates the mustering of personnel during emergencies as well as preparing the reports to client.
Making sure that workers do a Pre-Job meeting prior to the commencement of their daily tasks.
Participating in JSA meetings and ensuring that its requirements are fully implemented.
Daily/Weekly Inspections/Reporting and Auditing, Equipments inspections and updating.
Identification and Reporting site HSE Anomalies as well ensuring a follow up.

Liaise with appropriate clients on safety matter where necessary, carry out audits and inspections.
Assist management in the preparation and implementation of Company Health and Safety policies.
Participate as required in investigation of accident, near misses and hazardous conditions. Prepare reports and
recommend actions to prevent recurrence.
Disseminate information on safety to all departments/disciplines to alert them on specific hazards and to promote
Conduct HSE trainings and orientation to all new employees as well as refreshers for old employees.
Co-ordinate the development of emergency exercises and assist in running them.
Attend pre-job, and client meetings as required on HSE related matters.
Providing HSE advices to Construction Supervisors and other junior workers on site.
Enforcing the use of PTW for all tasks and making sure that PTW requirement are fully implemented.
Making sure that personnel use appropriate PPE as well as ensuring that PPE rules are fully implemented.
Liaise with on site contractors to ensure their compliance with Company safety regulations and
adherence to safety standards.
Performing work assignments received from superiors, normally without close supervision.
Supporting other staff, in executing assigned tasks, particularly in mentoring less experienced staff
assigned to related work duties.
Identify unsafe acts, conditions, and hazards, investigate root causes and identify corrective
preventative actions and report to management.
In charge of issuing PPE to all personnel and maintaining the records.
Performing HSE inspections and preparing the reports to my Superiors for approval.
Ensuring that daily toolbox talks are conducted on site.
