About Me
Having worked as a safety professional in the oil and gas industry for the past 17years I am experienced on HSE matters in drilling, pipeline laying, and fabrication/installation of subsea structures, construction and transportation/logistics. My objectives is to establish and re-enforce professionalism and quality services delivery on all HSE related matters. I do possess personal skills such as ability to work with little or no supervision, ability to work under pressure, good interpersonal skills among others. Having been educated at the University of Ibadan with a BA degree and also certified safety professional I am exposed to practical experience in duties such as Implementation of Client/contractor Safety Management Plan whilst complying with project safety requirements, arranging monthly HSE drills and writing of standard report within time, risk assessments and identify/implement strategies to reduce risk, develop project specific safe work procedures, assist personnel with compliance to project safety requirements, Create, manage and implement job hazard analysis, onsite VOC training, ensure emergency preparedness and response, coordinate and produce toolbox and pre-start meetings, incident reporting, investigation and implementation of corrective/preventative action, management of project safety records, client/contractor reporting and liaison.
