● Act as direct point of contact to the company.
● Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services.
● Represent the company for all customers queries with regard to logistics handle and resolve customers complaints.
● Produce daily report after order has been place and billing completed
● Take customers feedback to center support executive
● Acquaint customers with details of the company
● Support of marketing in communication and confirmation of new products information with customers.
● Maintain contact with all customers, ensuring continuous improvement of customers service level.
Achievement: I was sent from Lagos to Abia state for a period of 18days for data capture of our clients and it was successfully done.
