· Write up HSE procedural manuals for company use
· Write up, communicate and enforce safe systems of work using the Health Risk Assessment Matrix.
· Conduct safety meetings and follow-up resolutions of such meetings
· Provide Administrative Support and Services.
· Provide Logistic support for clients.
· Supervise the purchase and supply of all goods.
· Writing and documenting in-house HSE reports/compilation of safety statistics
· Carrying out and documenting HSE inspection/audit
· Ensuring the provision, maintenance, replenishment of adequate safety equipment
· Implementation of Safety rules and ensures personnel compliance as well as updating/ tracking of personnel safety/ medical records
