Coordinate recruitment activities for graduates and experienced hires
Screen candidates by conducting interviews and tests as required
Coordinate the bank’s mass test programs

Maintain and analyze reports on recruitment activities
Serve as central point for resolving staff queries on HR policies, practices and services
Provide professional advice and guidance to internal on all HR related issues
Provide an effective employee relations service to managers and staff.
Serve as the internal consultant to the business on people related issues
Participate in strategic business review sessions for proper and up to date understanding to the nature and needs of the business
Implement HR Systems and Processes put in place
Channel feedbacks from the business to HR to help improve processes and services
Educate businesses on the impact of business changes on staff and consequently productivity.
Support business in managing transformation and change as much as it affects people
Promote the usage of HR tools by the business to achieve business and organizational goals
Recruitment and Selection of New Hires
Trraining and Development
Evaluate reports, decisions, and results of each department; and recommend new approaches, guidelines, and procedures to effect continuous improvement in efficiency and productivity of the organization.
Prepare employee engagement reports.
Handle all personnel transactions such as confirmations, promotions, transfers, performance reviews and terminations.
Plans and conducts new employee orientation/ induction to foster positive attitude toward the company goals.
Conduct reference checks (educational and work) on new employees.
Conduct employees’ satisfaction survey.
Analyze data and prepare report on the survey conducted.
Manage employee data and prepare report on employee turnover rate.
Advises management on appropriate resolution on employee retention and culture management.
Advises on change management projects and manages all HR related internal and external communications.
Advises management on employee relations issues and carries out disciplinary actions.
Ensures effective communication within the organization by soliciting for feedback from all departments and communicating back to management.
Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, programs and ensures effective administration.
Administer performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within the organization.
Compute, administer and distribute employee’s payroll.
Administer benefits programs such as life insurance, health, pension plans, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance programs.
Prepares the budget of human resources department.
Prepares employee separation notices, related documentation and conduct exit interviews to determine reasons behind resignation.
Ensure the implementation of the organization’s HR strategy.
