• Interpret and translate the corporate visions of the management to staffs(Pre-departure briefings)

• Managing Hotel accommodation for Passengers (HOTAC) and providing transportation logistics to process that.
• Flights Monitoring and transfer passengers.
• Movement of Transit Passengers to their onward Flights.
• Supervision of check in of Passengers and Issuing of boarding passes.
• Providing Safety and travel alerts to staff and passengers.
• Co-ordination of passengers through the screening points.
• Supervising Triple AAA baggage management, baggage identification, handling and other services.
• Resolving of frontline Customer Complaints and enquiries.
• Flights control and Flights Restriction to enable the success in flights boarding.
• Boarding of passengers into the aircraft and Reconciliation of boarding passes to ensure accurate TOB.
• Ensuring the Head counts on Board is accurate with check in figures.
