· Reporting to Head of Human Resource
· Assist on Staff Recruitment
· Developing job descriptions, Preparing advertisements, Selecting Candidates and informing successful applicants
· Operating with the knowledge of Nigeria labour law and civil service rule.
· Staff Discipline and Implementation of sanctions
· Manage general staff welfare matters and benefits
· Assist the human resources/public relations manager on all daily activities
· Updating the site of PSSDC for training programmes available.
· Facilitating of Computer Training classes
· Any other duties as assigned
