Serves as the primary point of administrative contact and liaison with other offices, individuals, & institutions on operational and programmatic matters concerning the Office

Develop employee handbook & Provides and/or oversees provision of staff support to the office, maintaining calendars and travel arrangements, screening, analyzing responding to incoming correspondence, handling day-to-day problems and situations, and provision of secretarial support, Administration procedures & documentation for the Company, Maintain filling systems, Collect & manage all data pertaining to employee, Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned, Supervises the work of employees in supporting roles, assigning workload and monitoring employee performance, Develops, initiates, maintains, & revises policies & procedures for the general operation of the Company and its related activities to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct, Manages day-to-day operation of the Company, Consults with the Corporate attorney as needed to resolve difficult legal compliance issues
Responds to alleged violations of rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and Standards of Conduct by evaluating or recommending the initiation of investigative procedures. Develops and oversees a system for uniform handling of such violations
Ensures proper reporting of violations or potential violations to duly authorized enforcement agencies as appropriate and/or required
Developing hiring questions, interviewing and selecting the best people for the job
