I was responsible for drafting HR polices and compensation package for staff. I was equally responsible for the recruitment and corporate training programmes.
I handled the work scheduling, managed the welfare issues. I was also responsible for monitoring staff daily performance. I equally wrote monthly reports to the Head of the department. I also handled training of new products and services for my team.
