Job description:

  • Manage Human Resources information system and provide report on manpower needs
  • Develop and implement process of induction for new employees
  • Preparation of HR annual budget
  • Management of staff payroll by ensuring adequate implementation
  • Implementation and management of the company’s system of performance appraisal
  • Implementation of HR policies and procedures in line with the company’s policy & best practice
  • Manage the registration and remittance of employee RSA Pensions
  • Manage employees vacations
  • Administration of staff benefits and incentives
  • Ex-staff severance benefits computation
  • Provide support and advice as appropriate in disciplinary, grievance and other such matters
  • Provide Logistics Support to Key HR Functions
