·Plan, develop and implement strategy for HR management and development (include recruitment, discipline, training, grievances, performance appraisal and quality management).
·Asset, inventory and office management of the company.
·Assist in the facilitation and driving the company strategy.
·Contribute to the evaluation and development of HR strategy and performance in cooperation with executive team.
·Supervise staff in accordance with company policies and procedure.
·Assist staff to resolve complex or out of policy operation problems.
·Manage and control departmental expenditure within agreed budgets.
·Serve as primary link between staff and management.
·Coordinate travel documents, travel management, protocol, and residence/work permit.
·Supervise bills reconciliation.
·Arrange and coordinate external & internal meetings, conference and logistic.
·Implement administrative policy and strategy and ensure compliance with the corporate/company strategy, business goals and objective.
·Provide support (logistic) to other Department and Managers.
·Complete human resources paperwork.
·Perform other task as assigned by the General Manager and the Managing Director
