Process inflows and outflows, sending customers account statements, letter of credit (LC), booking of Bankers Acceptance(B A), short term loan, Certificate of capital importation(CCI), Nigeria Export Supervision Scheme(NESS), Fund Transfer(FT), Bid for Foreign Exchange (Forex), Telex/SWIFT Endorsing Shipping Documents, Cheque confirmation, Term loan etc. on behalf of customers.
Good record management.
Serve as back up for CCC, LAM (Local Account Officer), and RM (Relationship Managers).
Follow up with transaction, providing support to team members and come up with innovative means in resolving problems.
