Coordinate end-to-end staff recruitment and selection activities, including identifying staff vacancies, review of resumes of potential employees to sought out the best fit candidate for the job, invite applicants and administer aptitude test and interviews, screen candidates, inform successful and unsuccessful applicants alike.
Maintain recruitment database such as interview reports on selected candidates’ likewise unsuccessful candidates, as well as talent pool for future possible hires.
Prepare job offers for successful candidates; perform reference checks for all new employees, accurately documenting these activities.

Ensure proper administration of employee reward and benefits such as bonuses, pensions and, medical insurance packages.
Follow up on leave matters.
Prepare Personnel action records (PAR) to finance action informing of any payroll addition and or changes. These personnel actions include new hire, secondments, transfers, leaves and other amendments, transfers, leaves and other amendments to salaries and employee data in compliance with policy and payroll requirements.
Provide first-line support for employees’ request and issues related to HR processes, policies, job duties, working conditions, and employee benefits.
Assist in contract negotiations with outsourcing service providers and vendors on behalf of the organisation.
