o Travel and logistics, hotel & flight bookings, plan training dates and returns-liaising directly with the travel agency/ or airline company(logistic support)
o In charge of all sourcing in the company
o Advising and implementing all administrative policies to support a highly organized and efficient team
o Account opening for field engineers, medical/Health insurance both locally and internationally, travel insurance, handling their records using HRSM data base & tracking
o Communicate regularly with client management to address ongoing strategies and concerns.
o Assisting in the development of administrative procedures and patterns.+
o Billing & Invoice tracking for customers and clients
o Set up desktop tools, databases and schedules using Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel
o Resource planning using Oracle Enterprise software; recruiting and staffing.
o Employee management training and re-engineering
o Presentation creation and modification with Microsoft PowerPoint
o Coordinating meetings
o Raising of Call-off contracts for specified vendor
o Coordinating technicians, seafarers and cadets (trainees in general) through induction processes.
o Bonding of trainees and new recruits.
o Assisting in the coordinating of trainee courses
o Maintaining and updating training records of all staff in the relevant HRISM database.
o Liaise with Course Participants to obtain confirmation as to whether or not they can attend the course
o Establish and maintain the records of training reference materials within the organization.
o Follow up on status updates for payment to vendors for courses delivered or goods purchased.
