Prepares all memos, letters & reports
Updates all staff files, records, ensuring that all memos/documents are properly file.
Prepares & distributes welfare items –staff sampling, etc
Attends to all Employees complaints – HR Helpdesk
Organize all HR Related meetings and interviews for new employees and clients.
Coordinate all HR related trainings, attendances & documentations.
Ensure Hearing Process outcomes / recommendations are implemented
Preparation and uploading of payroll, overtime and shift allowance
Records the number of recruited & selected candidates for positions advertised
Organize & Co-ordinates tests and interviews
Inducting the New Employees and Transfer in Employees
Safety Zonal Representative & Member of Emergency Response Team and First Aider
