1. Ensure that the day to day activities of the organization are well coordinated.
2. Prepare Annual leave roster for staff.
3. Collate time sheet from contract staff and ensure the Account Department prepare their invoice.
4. Arrangement for Recruitment, selection and placement process.
5. Ensure that equipment and keep in order.
6. Ensure that the Monthly HSSE meeting hold and take minutes of meeting
7 .Issue memo to staff, and controller all correspondence.
8. Arrange for logistics and accommodation for Contract staff and Expatriate
9. Arrange for our Expatriate Visa renewal.
10.Any other Administrative work that arises.
