Coordination of day-to-day Management and general office administration.
Ensures standard recruitment of staff in line with the company policy.
Ensures development & implementation of Regional manpower planning procedures.
Records keeping of all staff / company properties in the Regions.
Liaise with unit heads in identifying & assessing training need for staff.
Maintenance of current Labour market information for effective planning.
Recommends and upon approval, implements a system of promotion, transfer, leave. etc.
Maintain a disciplined workforce & ensures a peaceful Industrial relations environment.
Management of staff welfare and maintenance of the establishment list.
Any other duties as may be assigned by management.
