- Manage programs and maintain human resources information and related records system,
-Plan, develop, implement and evaluate personnel and labour relations strategies including policies, programs and procedures to address the company’s human resource requirement.
-Assist in recruiting and selection of personnel,
-Assist in preparing of worker’s salary schedule, liaise with account and gives advice on staff remuneration.
-Negotiating collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers; mediate labour disputes and grievance and provide advice on management and labour relations.
-Research and prepare occupation classification, job description, salary scale and competence appraisal measures and system.
-Liaise with clientele, Community Leaders/CLO and handle all community relations matters.
-Ensure staff welfare, training and overall well being.
-Assist in interview and selection procedure for new staff
-Assist in handling general staff matters
-Assist in organizing seminars and workshops for staff
-Participate in worker's conditions of service negotiation with the appropriate unions (PENGASSAN and NUPENG)
-Assist in preparing job evaluation and appraisal
